If you're looking for decadence, you've found it. This frosting is filled with melted white chocolate and heavy whipping cream. The plus is that it's as easy as it is delicious. Shall we? Let's make some frosting together...
Begin with 300 grams of quality white chocolate. If your chocolate isn't good your frosting won't be either.
Next we'll need 100 ml heavy cream.
Pour the cream over the chocolate.
Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring exceptionally well between each, until it's fully melted together.
Let the ganache cool to room temperature, then chill for about 20 minutes.
When it's chilled, pour it into a mixer bowl.
Time to whip it up. Whip it with your whisk attachment along with 3-5 Tbsp heavy cream.
Swoop it over some Strawberry cupcakes for a fun take on chocolate covered strawberries.
