I made a similar dressing on the blog before but this one is totally Whole 30 compliant. So here's a simple dressing to make ahead and use on top of salad or as a marinade for meats. Try it and tell me what you think. Let's made Chipotle Dressing together...
The first thing you should add to your blender cup is two chipotle peppers. Mine are frozen because the jars always come with more than you need at one time sooooo I just freeze them flat on a cutting board (so they all stay separate) and then seal em all in a ziplock for times like this.
6 T white wine vinegar
1 cup apple juice (unsweetened)
1/2 t oregano
1 1/2 t Pepper
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Put the lid on your blender cup and whizzzz it up.
serve it over a taco salad or use it to marinade some chicken. But whatever you do, enjoy it!
